A Remodeled 1906 Georgian Colonial to Enjoy the Entire Family

It’s all about the family! Never more so than for our client. When the house & property next to one of her sisters became available, our client did not hesitate. She hired Lemon Grass to transform the house from being “too traditional“ to being reflective of her modern, accomplished, can-do-attitude. We carefully planned for six months and then executed this full-gut construction in half a year. The direction she gave us was that it had to be welcoming to her siblings and their kids at all times! Summer weekends for long days by the pool- fall & winter days by the fire with chats, movies & board games. While she focussed on her family, I made sure her primary suite reflected what she had accomplished and that it would be her special space to recharge her batteries to sustain it all.
