1st Floor Remodel to expand Kitchen

This typical 3-bedroom Colonial with a nice backyard and very generous deck was in need of clever space planning to create a kitchen that would fit this family’s busy lifestyle. We took space from the deck and after adding it to the kitchen we were able to build a breakfast nook, mudroom-like closet and small home work station. The peninsula connects to the family room, making sure nobody is left out when finally being able to spend time together.
